Q: When you say “100 % Complete” what all does that include and what will I need to furnish?

A:  When we say  “100% Complete” we mean “100% Complete!”  It includes everything down to Rheem Air Condition, Kenmore Range, and Vent Hood & Dishwasher and Floor Covering installed. All you need to furnish is: Drapes or Mini-blinds, Refrigerator, Washer & Dryer. (These items may also be included if you want!)

A:  Steve Palmer Homes receives many requests to build beyond our standard base price building area of a 60-mile radius of our office located in Lorena Tx.  An Extended Zone is a travel expense we charge when requested to build beyond our building radius simply to cover extra expenses incurred.
